[ENG] Stewar was born from the search and experimentation of forms characteristic of graffiti culture. By mixing quick strokes with variable fonts, Juan designed a typeface that lives in three ways: Line, a kind of contrasted sans; Hybrid, a mixture of everything, and Diamond, a strong and interesting display cut.

Each of these forms were designed by our friend Juan David Álvarez Larrea, during his masters degree studies at Universidad de Buenos Aires. Variable post-production made with Colombian coffee at BT.
[ESP] Stewar nació de la búsqueda y experimentación de formas propias de la cultura del tagging. Mezclando esta lógica de trazos rápidos con tipografías variables encontramos unas tipografías en tres etapas, Line, una especie de sans contrastada; Hybrid, una mezcla de todo, y Diamond, con un corte Display fuerte e interesante.

Cada uno de estas formas fueron diseñadas en la maestría de la UBA por nuestro amigo Juan David Álvarez Larrea. Postproducción variable hecha con café colombiano.
